Merrimack River Trail Summer Run

New for 2004! Dave Dunham is putting on a Fat-Ass style race along the Merrimack River Trail on July 4, 2004, from the Wyndham parking lot.

A Fat-Ass race is a minimalist-type run where you show up, sign your name somewhere, and then run in circles until you feel like stopping, at which point you stuff yourself silly on cookies. (Dave, tell me there will be cookies.) If you've never experienced Fat-Ass, here's an opportunity to get a taste of it without freezing your you-know-what off in January.

This one will be a 10/20/30mi run along the same course as the Merrimack River Trail Race in March. There will be very little support (except what you bring) and the course will be minimally marked.

No entry fee, no wimps, no whiners.
